1. About CapitalCurve
CapitalCurve is a free personal expense tracker that lets you log income and expenses, set a monthly budget, and view categorized insights. By using the app you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You need an account to use the app. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for the activity that happens on your account. Don't share access with anyone you don't trust.
3. Your data
The transactions, budgets and notes you enter belong to you. We store them so the app can show them back to you. We do not sell them. See our Privacy page for details.
4. Acceptable use
Use CapitalCurve for personal financial tracking. Don't try to break, reverse-engineer or abuse the service, upload illegal content, or use it to harm other people.
5. Not financial advice
CapitalCurve is a tracking tool, not a financial advisor. The numbers, charts and summaries it shows are based on the data you enter. Decisions you make based on that information are your own.
6. Availability
We work to keep the app running smoothly, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or bug-free. Features may change over time.
7. Ending your use
You can stop using CapitalCurve and delete your data at any time from inside the app. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
8. Liability
CapitalCurve is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
9. Changes
If we update these terms in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new terms.
